About Us

MiniTec was founded in 2015 by three entrepreneurs, joining their expertise to form a versatile consulting company with the aim of providing added value, customized solutions and project achievements to our clients. We mainly offer consultancy services, audit and methodology enhancements, as well as turnkey project delivery. We also propose recruitment services in sectors which are in constant evolution, such as Telecoms & IT, Marketing & Communication as well as solar energy sector.

Driven by the ambition to satisfy our customers and our consultants alike, MiniTec makes every effort to find tailor-made solutions, adapted to each request or project.

MiniTec's growth doubled in the first year and has been steadily increasing since then.

Starting with only 2 employees in the first year, it has grown to over 30 employees in 6 years, with a turnover of 3.2 million USD last year.

MiniTec performance is the result of several years of in-depth professional experience within international groups, mixed with strong values such as integrity, team spirit, transparency and fairness in recruitment.

Operating mainly in Middle East and Africa, we have extended our footprint to the European market since 2017, in partnership with AlphaSourcing. We support companies in their developments and professional projects by sourcing them the best profiles to meet their expectations.
